In Memory of Our Special grandson Joel Robert Felton February 24,1983- April 28, 2000 Joel was a sensitive, special boy. He was the light of our lives. Even though his life was short, he brought happiness to others that will outlast time. Joel was proud to be a student of Hurricane High School and his friends were important to him and gave strength to his life. He loved his father and mother and was best buds with his brother Chris.
