Source: The Standard Ogden Examiner 14 Oct 1966, Page 10 Student Killed In an earlier accident a Hillcrest High School student was killed and two other persons injured when a car in which they were riding collided with a truck at 7291S. State Street. Dead on arrival at Cottonwood Hospital was Jerry Schoenfeld 17, Salt Lake City. Highway Patrol Trooper William R. Cook said the accident occurred when the death vehicle, driven by Phillip Lyn Cabibi ,16, Midvale, skidded into the path of Oliver Benz, 37, Kearns. Cabibi and Benz were both listed in critical condition at Cottonwood Hospital with severe head injuries. Phillip Cabibi was also a member of Class of 1967. He survived the accident.There have been 1 fuzzies left so far.
