OGDEN – James "Jimmie" Long, Jr., passed away peacefully at his home on March 18, 2011. He was born September 16, 1935 in Paulette Mississippi, to Jim and Georgia Long.Jimmie attended Ogden High School. He was an active member of the Ogden Weber Community Action Group and a member of the Calvary Baptist Church. He worked many years at Lockheed Martin in customer service.
Jimmy is survived by a sister, Dorothy; 1 brother, Bishop Bobby (Martha) Allen; 1 son, Bruce (Denise) Smith; 4 grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews; and many good friends and loved ones. He is preceded in death by his parents.
