OGDEN – LaMar Allred Brown passed away March 4, 2011. She was born March 13, 1920 in Ogden, Utah to Rollo and Delta Allred. She married Raymond Brown in 1941. He passed away in 1980.LaMar graduated from Ogden High School and Weber Jr. College. She was a member of the LDS church. She worked over 30 years as a payroll supervisor at the DDO. She loved to travel, especially going on cruises. She also loved volunteering at the Union Station Train Museum. She volunteered there for 19 years.
LaMar is survived by two sons – Gary L. (Theresa) Brown of Audubon, NJ and Raymond (Linda Jean) Brown, Tremonton, UT; five granddaughters – Karen Bowers, Audubon, NJ, Kristin Ways, Magnolia, NJ, Valorie Jean Barber, Plain City, UT, Kelly Lee Brown, Valdez, AK, Holly Jo Grover, Garland, UT; twelve great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and one brother.
