Heather Hill Morris - 10/16/2012

Class of 2002

Heather Thi Hill Morris, age 28, passed away October 16, 2012, in Washington, Utah. She was born June 5, 1984, in Mayfield Heights, Ohio, to Dr. Wade Lee and Hien Thi Nguyen Hill. Heather married her best friend and love of her life, Christopher Steven Morris May 27, 2006 in Washington, Utah.

Heather was raised in St. George, Utah. She was a graduate from Snow Canyon High School, class of 2002.

Everyone who came into contact with Heather was touched by her compassion and her concern for others. Heather had a passion for helping others, especially those whom had special needs. She was employed by Danville Services Corp. She most recently returned from Salt Lake City with her clients, who participated in the Special Olympics.

Heather was always the favorite Auntie and adored her nieces and nephews. She had a wonderful sense of humor. Heather enjoyed traveling and had visited Vietnam on several occasions, it being a place she loved. Heather enjoyed the outdoors, especially horseback riding. She loved dancing, break dancing being her favorite. She was known as Sunshyne because she was truly a light to all she came into contact with.

Although she enjoyed being in the presence of her friends, she found her true peace in the comfort of her husband, Chris, and dog, Zoe.

Heather is no longer suffering and is back in the arms of her daddy.

She is survived by her husband, Christopher Steven Morris of Washington, UT; mother, Hien Thi Hill of St. George, UT; siblings, Dr. Wes Lee (Diya) Hill of Arcadia, CA, Heidi Thi Hill of Springville, UT, and brother, Wayne Lee (Molly) Hill of Jacksonville, FL. She was preceded in death by her father, Dr. Wade L. Hill.
