Isaac Ray Cox - 11/11/2012

Class of 1998

Isaac Ray Cox, 33 of Springville, passed away November 11, 2012 at his mother's home in St. George, Utah. Isaac was born on March 22, 1979 in Price, Utah to Scot and Deveri Cox. Isaac had suffered for the last five years with a mystery illness that included chronic kidney stones. He was in constant pain, so while we will all miss him, we are grateful his suffering is finally over. Isaac really was one of a kind. Everyone loved him, he could make a new friend anywhere he'd go. He was always smiling, laughing, and was there if you needed a helping hand.

Isaac's interests included family, working, camping, fishing, hunting, and of course, joking. Before Isaac got sick, he worked for IMS Masonry for 10 years. He loved his job and the company and was devastated when he could no longer work. Isaac met his wife, Leslie, in 1998. They married in Las Vegas, NV on July 15, 2000. They truly had a love not many will ever get to experience. They had one child, now a 10 year old daughter, Ariana. Isaac leaves behind his wife Leslie, and his daughter Ariana.

Isaac is survived by his father Scot (Troy) Cox, Castle Dale; his mother Deveri Cox, St. George; his in-laws Stacey & Kay Mitchell, Springville; six brothers, Brandon Cox, Kylee (Nicole) Cox, Kallen Cox, Skylar Cox, Seth Cox, Shaddon Larsen; step siblings, Jordan Stringfellow, Corey Larsen, McKell Larsen; Brother-in-law, Chris (Linda) Mitchell, Las Vegas; Grandparents, Kimball & DeeAnne Cox, St. George; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Isaac was preceded in death by his younger brother McCoy Cox, Grandparents; Erv & Beth Lay, Clyde Cox.
