Terri Lyn (Kirsch) Tate - 2/5/2010

Class of 1989

Terri Lyn of St. George, Utah passed away Friday, February 5, 2010. She was born April 14, 1971 in Salmon, Idaho. She was surrounded by friends and family near and those far away in thoughts and prayers.

Terri moved to St. George in 1985 and married Brandon Hansen on February 14, 1992. They had 2 children, Andre and Madisson. They later divorced. Terri then married Jim Tate on May 21, 2007.

She loved cooking, decorating, taking care of people. Even everyday lists had to be colored and decorated. She was generous, kind, loving, active, loved traveling, beaches and the sun. She was vivacious, energetic, people were drawn to her, and wanted to be with her. Any gathering with Terri was fun and lively. She took such good care of you, made sure you had everything you needed and could possibly want. Terri loved to spoil people, especially her children and her brother.

Her home was always welcoming, comforting and smelled fresh, sweet, a unique "Terri Potpouri." She loved candles too. She lived a full life on her terms in her 38 years. It was her way and no one was going to tell her different.

Terri is survived by her husband, James William Tate; her children, Andre Hansen 17, of St George, Utah, Madisson Hansen 14 of St. George, Utah; Jim’s children, Kirsten (Mark) Reeder of Beverly Hills, California, Shaela (Ethan) Bloomgren of Eagle Mountain, Utah; parents, Mike and Dianna Kirsch, of Florence Montana; brother; Troy Kirsch, St. George, Utah, oldest sister, JoNell (Larry ) Staley, of Tuscon, Arizona, youngest sister, Brandie (Rob) Brugh, of Missoula, Montana, along with many nieces and nephews.

She will be missed, cherished forever, and never forgotten.

Special thanks to Carrie & Monica for all their love and support over the years.
