Dennis R. Whitehead died July 1, 2011, in Phoenix, AZ. Born July 8, 1960, in California. Chosen by his parents Fawn and Wesley Whitehead when he was three years old.Dennis lived in St. George most of his life and worked at Albertson's and Safeway.
He is survived by his father, Wesley Whitehead, his six children, Jessica, Joshua, Jennifer, Jayden, Ashley and Mckenzie, two grandchildren, Francisco and Elijah.
His smile will remain imprinted in our hearts forever.
