SANTA CLARA - Janelle Newland Whitehead, age 39, passed away April 2, 2011, at Dixie Regional Medical Center. She was born June 8, 1971.Janelle grew up in Santa Clara where she attended Dixie High School. She was raised by her grandmother, Venice Newland Jensen and grandfather, Paul (PJ) Jensen.
Janelle loved going out in the boat with her family to wake...board and tube. She also loved to snow ski and travel. She enjoyed entertaining and being surrounded by her family and friends. Half the neighborhood kids were at her house at any given time. She was a great friend and always had time to spend with them. She was very generous. Anything anyone needed she gave.
She is preceded in death by her grandmother Venice, her grandfather Paul and grandfather Joeseph Felix.
Janelle is survived by her beloved husband, Shayne Whitehead and her two precious daughters, Troi and Kira, who will greatly miss her. Also survived by her step kids, Jodi Fisher, Austin Anderson, her uncle Joeseph Newland and Janice Russell.
We will all greatly miss her presence in our lives.
