David Duane Scofield, 49, passed away on November 12, 2011 in Sandy, Utah. He was born on May 4, 1962 in Hollywood, California to Carol Lynn Robertson and Gary Duane Scofield. Dave married Rhoda Gardner on November 7, 1992 in the Las Vegas Nevada Temple.Dave was a kind and loving husband to his sweetheart of 19 years and blessed the lives of everyone he knew by the way he loved unconditionally. He battled cancer for 15 and a half years with extraordinary courage and determination. He was an inspiration to all and will be greatly missed by those who knew him.
He is survived by his wife, Rhoda, mother and step-father, Carol & Neil Goodsell, father and step-mother Gary & Sue Scofield, brothers Steve (Shelley) Scofield and Michael (Monique) Scofield, sisters Susan (Todd) Abney and Jennifer Brooks, and several beloved nieces and nephews.
