June Louise Phillips Frampton, 71, of Pleasant Grove passed away peacefully at her home on Wednesday, July 15, 2009 surrounded by her family. She was born January 6, 1938 in Pleasant Grove, one of eleven children, to William Reed and May Richins Phillips. She married her high school sweetheart, John R. Frampton on July 22, 1954 in Manila. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Provo LDS Temple.June grew up in Pleasant Grove and attended school there. She was an active member of the LDS Church. She worked at Hart's in Pleasant Grove and sold Avon Products for many years. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. Family was the most important thing in her life and she especially loved camping at the family property. June enjoyed handwork and helped her husband John organize, build and operate the old "Roundabout Raceway" in Pleasant Grove.
She is survived by her husband John of Pleasant Grove; seven children: Kim (Marla) Frampton, Kerry (Peggy) Frampton, Kelly (Kayle) Hicks, Kirk (Lori) Frampton, Kristy Fuhr, Kathy Edwards, Kayleen (Shane) Park; 20 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and many loving extended family.
