Dale Lynn Atwood, 50, of Pleasant Grove died September 23, 2008 in an automobile accident near Blanding, Utah. Dale was born March 31, 1958 in American Fork to Lynn and Gay Atwood. He married Shellie Tripp in 1988 and together had two children. They were later divorced.Dale possessed a likeable and magnetic personality drawing to him countless friends. He was a favorite for many. He enjoyed the outdoors and was an avid hunter. Dale graduated from Pleasant Grove High School in 1976. He was employed at Utah Refractories and ran his own gutter business. He was a proud father to three children: Joshua, Andria and Dallen; mother, Gay Atwood, Pleasant Grove; grandson, Jayden; siblings: Scott (Janet) Nelson, Orem; Nancy Nelson, Pleasant Grove and Mark (Nan) Atwood, Pleasant Grove. He was preceded in death by his father Lynn Atwood.
