Laura was born March 2, 1965 in American Fork Hospital to Clifford and Ruth Richards Bezzant. She passed away at her parents’ home on Monday, January 17, 2011 at the age of 45 from medical complications after struggling many years with addictions.Laura was raised in Pleasant Grove near her family’s orchard with her four brothers and five sisters. She attended school in Pleasant Grove and graduated from Pleasant Grove High School in 1983. She also attended school at Utah Technical College and the University of Utah.
Laura married Scott D Kleinman on August 14, 1998 and gained two daughters in the process. They made their first home in Pleasant Grove and later purchased a home in American Fork.
She is survived by her parents, husband and stepdaughters, Renae (Jared) Johnson, Kristen (Jarom) Hansen and six grandchildren. In addition, she is survived by three brothers, Howard (Jolene), James (Barbarajean) and Dale (Jessica). Five sisters, Karla (Jack) Kennedy, Diane (Gary) Ogborn, Kathryn Bezzant, Kristin Calder, Rachel Bezzant (Tony Anderson) and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her grandparents, her brother Arlen and her brother-in-law Duane Calder.
