Zachary Isaac Carter - 4/11/2010
Class of 2005
1987 ~ 2010Zachary Isaac Carter, 22, of Pleasant Grove was reunited with both his Earthly and Heavenly Father on Sunday, April 11, 2010. Zac was born May 29, 1987 in Provo to Scott B. and Deborah F. Carter.
Zac grew up in Pleasant Grove and was an Eagle Scout. He graduated from P. G. High in 2005. He enjoyed his time serving in the Hill Cumorah Pageant Youth Work Crew in New York for two summers prior to his mission and was looking forward to returning as an Assistant Work Crew Leader at the Pageant this summer. He served in the Omaha Nebraska Mission from 2007-2009. Zac was a hard worker and was currently employed as a Meat Cutter at Sunflower Market in Orem.
Zac was full of life and always up for an adventure. He had a "heart of gold", was a great friend to all and was eager to serve and help others. He was very handy and could fix anything. Zac loved to tease and was an awesome uncle who was adored by his nieces and nephews. They will miss his playful spirit.
He is survived by his mother Deborah of Pleasant Grove; six siblings: Adam, Rachel (Jeff) Atkinson, Joshua (Aimee), Sarah (Nate) Lloyd, Rebekah (Jared) Hawkins, Seth (currently serving in the Raleigh, NC Mission); grandparents: Bob & Inez Ferguson and Gladys Carter; and eight loving nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father Scott in 2009.
