Hal Dee Gillman, 53 of Lindon passed away Tuesday, February 16, 2016. He was born October 25th, 1962 in American Fork, Utah to Paul and Linda Gillman. He was the father of 3 children, Jayde, Kassidee, and Hunter. Married to Suzanne Fowler Gillman for 22 years, she preceded him in death along with his father, Paul Gillman.Hal grew up on the historical Gillman Family farm. He graduated from Pleasant Grove High School in 1980. In high school, he enjoyed sports such as baseball, basketball, and golf. Later in life, he enjoyed softball, fishing, hunting and the outdoors.
He lived for his kids and was an amazing father to them. He shared a passion for all their hobbies and accomplishments. He worked very hard all his life and was a 35-year staff member of Ken Garff Chevrolet, formally Gene Harvey Chevrolet.
He was a very dedicated husband, father, and family man. He loved caring for his kids, wife, sister, mother and father. The holiday season was a time he especially loved being with his family. He was loved by everyone who knew him.
He is survived by his mother, sister, and children: Linda Hammond, Paula LeDuc, Kassidee Gillman Reed, Jayde Fower, and Hunter Gillman.
Graveside services will be held Monday, February 22, 2016 at 12 p.m. in the Lindon City Cemetery. Family and friends may also attend a viewing from 10 -11:30 a.m. at Olpin Family Mortuary Chapel, 494 South 300 East , prior to the services.
