Wanda Judd Glover - 5/15/2010

Wanda Judd Glover, age 89, passed away May 15th 2010 of natural causes. She was born in Kanab, Utah, February 2nd, 1921, to Samuel Ami Judd and Maude Mae Henderson Judd. She grew up in Kanab, graduating from Kanab High School. She met her husband, James Arthur Glover (Jim) when in high school. They were married June 22 1941 in Kanab, Utah. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Saint George Temple.As an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints she served faithfully in various callings including; Relief Society President, Primary President, Sunday School and Primary teacher, and as Cub Scout Pack Leader. Wanda and Jim served together as Stake Missionaries, and as temple workers at the Saint George Temple. She loved serving together with her husband. Wanda was a woman of great faith and service, often giving to others and offering service where needed.
Her primary occupation and greatest love was mother to HER BOYS; James MacArthur, Ronald Judd, Jerry Kay, Gregory Boyd, and Kenneth Neil. She supported and enjoyed their sporting activities, going hunting and fishing, and wandering the hills looking for arrowheads, all with her family. She enjoyed spending time with Jim at Jacob Lake Inn and later at the ranch where Jim worked for H.I. Bowman and Sons. At various times during her life, to help support her family, she worked outside the home as a waitress and store clerk.
Wanda loved her grandchildren and relished watching them in their sporting activities, missions, college, and life activities. They are the pride of her life.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jim Glover, brothers; Frank H. Judd and Harmon S. Judd, and 3 grandchildren; Ronald J., Ames, and Deena. She is survived by her children; James (Jacqueline) Glover of Orderville, Ronald (Cindee) Glover of Kanab, Jerry (Susan) Glover of Kanab, Gregory (Gina) Glover of Page, and Kenneth (Karen) Glover of Boise, Idaho, 25 grandchildren and 50 great grandchildren.
Wanda's family would like to express their appreciation to the Doctors and Staff at the Kane County Skilled Nursing Facility for their care and efforts.
