From the 1991 yearbook:We were all very shocked and heartbroken at the news of our friend, Kim Peterson's, death. Kim was always a very cheerful and fun person to be around. She brought her happy spirit on the basketball court, on the softball field, and into every classroom she entered. One friend remembers "the softball bus, and playing best friends with Tammy, Jules, and Jess." Others remember her little clap after making a foul shot, but I think what most remember about Kim was her kindness and gentleness toward everyone, acquantance or not. We will all miss the great friend we had in Kim Peterson.
