Randi Lunt Gower, 42, passed away December 7, 1997 in Reno, Nevada. She was born December 12, 1954 in Vernal to David Allen and Myra Wooley Lunt. She married Connel Orton Gower on August 8, 1974. The marriage was later solemnized in the St. George LDS Temple. They were later divorced.Randi attended public schools in Las Vegas and Cedar City. She attended Utah State University and later graduated from Southern Utah University.
Randi was a very talented individual. She devoted much of her time in the field of arts. She had a great love for painting and drawing and enjoyed working in the field of interior design. Randi had an eye for beauty. She had a contagious laugh and was loved by all who knew her. She was a devoted mother and grandmother.
Randi is survived by her children, David (Crystal) Gower of Reno, Nev., Con (Mark) Boxwell of Cedar City, and Rachael Gower of Reno, Nev., 3 grandchildren, Molly Gower and Taylor and Jessica Boxwell, and a sister, Jacquelyn L. Francisco of Cedar City. She was preceded in death by her loving parents.
Memorial Services will be held December 13, at 1:00 p.m. at Southern Utah Mortuary. Interment will be a private ceremony held at a later date.
