Grand County High School

The Lady Devils just defeated ALA 11-1 in the first round of the 2A playoffs in Spanish Fork. Highlights included a home run by Teaven Fredericks, and a triple play made by Grand's defense in the fifth inning (Madi Jones caught a line drive at third base, stepped on her bag to get out the runner on third, then threw the ball to Morgan Dalton at second base for the third out. Grand will next play tonight at 6 p.m. against the winner of the 2 p.m. contest between Enterprise and Duchesne.
